Welcome

Every child is a gift from God.

At Dabwetamun Academy, we believe every child is created with unique abilities and a special purpose. Our small classes, caring teachers, and Christ-centred approach make a safe, nurturing place where students grow academically, spiritually, and personally.

We use the A.C.E. (Accelerated Christian Education) curriculum to guide each student at their own pace while building strong foundations in both academics and character. Our school community is deeply rooted in faith, in knowledge of Cree culture, and in a commitment to helping children thrive.

Discover the difference of learning in a place where every student is known, loved, and encouraged to shine.

No Child Left Behind

It all started in 2010.

Seeing so many Cree children and youth being left behind — and losing hope — Dabwetamun was created with a clear and compassionate vision: to serve the community by bringing the message of Christ alongside quality education to as many children as possible.

Through that commitment, Dabwetamun works to restore hope and to empower the younger generation — so that every child has the opportunity to thrive, both spiritually and academically.

Why We Exist

Mission & Vision

Our Mission

To provide quality Christian education rooted in Biblical truth, equipping students to serve God and their communities with excellence and love.

Our Vision

A generation of young people who know God, live out His Word, and positively impact the world — starting right here in our community.

Faith & Values

Our faith is the heart of who we are.

Everything at the Academy — how we teach, how we treat one another, how we see each child — flows from what we believe.

  • God’s Word is the foundation for all truth.

  • Every child is created in God’s image, with unique gifts.

  • Education should shape character as well as intellect.

  • Biblical principles teach our students to walk in love, humility, and respect.

Come see the difference.

Visits begin with a simple hello — call or write, and we’ll take it from there.
